Carey Grant and Jeanne Crain recreate their 1951 Twentieth Century Fox film roles in this fine drama. Grant plays the mysterious and romantic Dr. Noah Praetorius and Craine plays the frightened and desperate girl Deborah Higgins who turned to him for help and understanding when she discovers she is pregnant by her boyfriend who was killed in the Korean War.
