Luigi's young assistant Jimmy wants a bike for Christmas and so Luigi reluctantly sells his Paul Revere lamp to raise the $60. While at the department store to purchase the bike Luigi is robbed of the money. It all turns out well in the end when Luigi is rewarded for playing the part of Santa Clause in the department store.
