Archie is working on ideas for an invention to make him rich when Slippery McGuire turns up and advises him to forget the inventions and buy a patent. In fact he rings up the patent office and discovers that Thomas Edison failed to patent electricity so Slippery asks them to register it in Archie's name. Now all Archie has to do is sell some stock!
