George Valentine has been hired to go to Panama and deliver $50,000 in cash to Vic Ruskin a criminal who has been hiding out for ten years but is now threatening to sue a movie company, which dared to make a movie about him on the supposition that he was dead. But then a guide that Ruskin has sent to meet Valentine is murdered before his arrival.
