Host: Charles Coburn

Nina Moore loves her little dog Tippy more than anything else in the world. When the city dog pound captures Tippy her family cannot afford the $7 required to release her and Nina fears she will be put to sleep. Her brother suggests that she contact the Mayor of the town, as he will be able to grant a pardon for Tippy but the Mayor has problems of his own as he is being told what to do by someone else. However when Nina goes right to the town hall to see the Mayor he helps Nina and in doing so learns a valuable lesson from her.
