Consider the primitive man, who cowered in a cave; who literally trembled at every falling leaf; who saw himself surrounded on every side by malevolent spirits. Even the Gods to whom he prayed were capricious and fickle. That was the primitive, ignorant, undeveloped man. But why do we have similar problems? We, sophisticated, civilized, modern beings. Primitive man went a priest who would read his fate in the entrails of a goat. We go to a priest who tries to read our destiny by probing into, beneath and beyond our mind. Of course, we don't call him a priest. We call him a doctor...
