After three years Burke Craiger has papers to evict Sloate Carson from farming on land
belonging to the Craiger Ranch. Craiger has no reason for evicting him except that he wants to own all the land in the area. Craiger is a mean man, Carson is a peaceful man but that doesn’t mean he will take kindly from being pushed off his farm that he has worked so hard on over the years.
