They are happy when they find a mansion to spend the next two months of their vacation in for only $100 but she is surprised when the landlord says he hopes their boy will be okay. They are even more surprised when the caretaker tells them to get out of the place as no one but he has lived there for twenty years. Then their own son Billy admits he is awfully scared and asks his father if they can leave.
