Operation In A Shack

Dr Christian and his guide Swampy are bound for a fishing trip up the river to the shack where Swampy and his 14-year-old son Jimmy live. When they arrive at the shack Swampy discovers his son curled up on the floor and Dr Christian diagnoses a ruptured appendix and fears the boy is going to die as they are too far away to reach the nearest hospital.
