Olivia de Havilland & Bob Crosby

Olivia de Havilland & Bob Crosby

Broadcast: April 29, 1944
Added: Apr 26 2015

Ken Carpenter begins the show by introducing this week's Mistress of Ceremonies, Olivia De Havilland. Many announcements and thanks to our servicemen overseas follow, before Bob Crosby and his Orchestra sing the first tune of the evening, Love, Love, Love. Next up is a message from the fellows serving in New Guinea. They've requested that the sound effects man setup an alarm clock to go off, and then smash the darn thing, as a preview to what they're going to do when they get home! Next up is Ida James who sings her famous number Knock Me A Kiss.
