A sentimental story by Rupert Hughes written around 1912, which was based upon his family and early life, and was later adapted into a movie. A family of six children are raised by their parents in a loving home until one by one, they leave to fulfil their own destinies. They rarely write back home, or see one another, until a special announcement brings them all back together.
