Edward VII is the King, Rudyard Kipling is the popular author, the pound sterling is the soundest money in the world, and in a house in Sefton Park in Liverpool, an old English gentleman is waking up. He's past eighty and is very feeble - even to reach the bell beside his bed is a difficult feat. That won't stop him though - he's a very determined old chap!
