Over most of the earth at this time of year, men begin looking forward to the end of winter, begin sniffing the air for the first faint signs of Spring. Much too early, they begin repairing trout rods, pouring over seed catalogues, planning vacations and longing for the joy and freedom of an outdoor summer.
