Ninotchka tells the story of a female special envoy from Russia, sent to Paris on official business to investigate the rather unorthodox way in which three Russian ambassadors are carrying out their job. Whilst they are distracted by the luxuries of capitalist society pressed onto them by the Count d'Algout, it doesn't take long for Ninotchka to fall hard for the charming Count - a man who represents everything she is supposed to detest.
