Mel Prayker got himself killed last night, murdered. There was a $100,000 insurance policy on him and his partner Nick Schoen was set to benefit so was the obvious suspect for his murder though the police had nothing to stick him. Johnny Dollar was asked to investigate but the only witness, head check girl in their nightclub had disappeared and Dollar needed to find her before some of Schoen’s hoodlums did.
