Every year since 1937 Riley has promised his wife and family they'll get a new car and this year is no different!  Then Riley and his next door neighbor Gillis see a competition in the drugstore to win a brand new car. All you have to do is guess the amount of beans in the bowl.  Riley is determined to win the car whatever it takes.
