It's a quiet night for Captain Vincent Kronin, until he receives a call just after 1:35am. A woman has arrived back at her apartment, opened the door and found an uninvited man inside! She has run away, and called the 21st Precinct from the corner of the block. She's convinced the man hasn't left the apartment block, so the patrolmen are heading over there right now. There's a reason the intruder hasn't left the building.
