It is carnival day in Lakeville, and the fair grounds just outside of town are jammed with noisy, laughing crowds of men, women and children, out to have a good time. Behind one of the smaller tents, just off the midway, two people stand completely oblivious to the merriment surrounding them. Hop and Tank are afraid of the shadowy, unknown person, who makes people disappear!
