Eleven year old Tommy is writing a very important letter to his pen pal in China. It was an idea given to Tommy and his classmates by the teacher of his class, Miss Rogers. On the list of things that they should include in their letter is where they live, so little Tommy begins by writing about the city he lives in, Chicago. It's an amusing look at how life looks through the eyes of a young boy.
