Two brothers Brian and Frank who were both studying law together at college disagreed violently on the question of capital punishment. Brian believes that murder is only a matter of opinion and that it is quite possible for an innocent man to be sentenced to death whereas Frank believes that the law is designed to protect the innocent. They decide to play a deadly game to see which one of them is right.
