A guy comes in to Barrie Craig office bawling like a baby and his name is Julius Caesar. When he manages to stop crying he tells Craig that somebody is going to kill Cleo. A fortune-teller told Julius that it was clear in his tealeaves that Cleo was going to be killed and that with the fact that someone had tried to murder her already made him convinced enough to get Barrie Craig to investigate.
