Irma and Jane are at home, when a neighbor visits with some news. You see, it's been pretty quiet around their building today, and as it turns out, it's because Mrs O'Reilly has been arrested for disturbing the peace! She loves a good old sing-song, but it appears one of the ladies in the next building doesn't appreciate her impressive Swiss yodel, and reported poor Mrs O'Reilly!
