This morning Phil's sponsor, Mr Scott of the Rexall Company called him down to his office to discuss certain elements of the program. Alice and her brother William are at home anxiously awaiting as Phil enters. He tells them the discussion was about his band, Mr Scott has been listening to them recently and he thinks it needs improving and he insists that he just keeps the guys who can read music and let the rest go. But one of them is his best friend and he can't possibly fire Remley!
