Fran Allison is the chief quizzer sitting in for Joe Kelly who is recovering from an illness and has to have a two month rest.

The first question of the day is, “back in the twenties young ladies impressed their beaus with wind blown bobs but who was impressed this week by an Irish bob?”

As it’s mother’s day the Quiz Kids’ mother’s are in class and any time their kids fail to answer a question their mother is going to get to try it.  As the mother’s may not get to answer many questions they are given an extra assignment to write a poem on the subject, “my child takes after his father!”
