Slate and Sailor are out fishing n the Bold Venture when they help Joe Donnelly and Chuck Bishop who tell them they got in to trouble while fishing. However they are mutineers of the S.S. Marino Victory and have stolen a quantity of dope. Joe Donnelly plans to kill them once they get him off the island he is hiding on from capture.
