Gail Harde leaves work and as she goes to unlock her car she drops the keys. She bends to get them and a man reaches out to her and begs for her to help him. He has been shot and is bleeding to death. He tells her that a man in black is watching them in the shadows before he expires his last breath. She is aware that she has witnessed a murder in George Town but she doesn't want to get involved and leaves the scene and goes to her friends house. Her friend persuades her to go to the police as a responsible citizen. The police send some men to check her story out and there is no trace of a body or any blood where she says the man died. Without an identity or a corpse as far as the police are concerned there was no murder at all...
