It's 1932, at a service station on the Evergreen Highway in Vancouver, Washington. It's early morning, and dawn is just breaking. Two men pull up at the service station and pull a gun to rob him. Over the years, there's many people who try to take advantage of the man who owns the service station, but against all odds, nothing will conquer him.
