It wasn’t until a year or more after his second death that the public learned the facts in the case of Stash Wilk and made him famous posthumously as the man who died twice. That was an interesting story in itself but it was really only a prologue to a bigger story one which the public never knew in full. Four people were involved, Stash, his brother John, his lawyer Ben Meadow and his girl Eddie Shelby. But the real center of the story was an oil drum containing $400,000 in currency buried near a lonely highway…
