A very famous writer and critic in the course of a lecture tour visited a small town in Ohio. There he accepted an invitation to dinner at the home of Mr and Mrs Stanley. Just as he was leaving their house he slipped on a piece of ice and fell down the front steps landing hard upon his very famous hips, the rest is history!
