Sam receives a visit from a mad scientist, Raymond Fox. He says that Alfred Grierson of Grierson Enterprises has stolen his secret Penatron formula. Penatron is a plastic that is stronger than lead but lighter than aluminum. He wants Sam to prove that Alfred Grierson is a thief.
