The leader, Xandor, is going to pull through, but you'd never know it from the records, and with an election coming up, if a highly organized minority were to plaster Xandor's medical records all over the front page - they could make it look as though their current leader is dying, causing the defeat of his party, and three years of building toward democracy would go down the drain.
