The lovely Lydia McMillan played by Merle Oberon, the same part she played in the 1941 film, makes her choice among four men who are in love with her but what gives this story a new and original twist is that they all get together again many years later in a scene that’s a bolt of lighting. Four other main characters also play the same role for Lux as they did in the 20th Century Fox 1941 film.
