Luigi has received a bill from the phone company that says he has made long distance phone calls to Califirnia. He knows that this can't be true so he decides to raise it with Miss Spalding, his night school teacher. She advices him to go and talk it out with the phone company, but before he gets a chance Shultz advices him not to. As usual Luigi ends up turning to his friend Pasquale, but can he be trusted to sort the matter out?
