When Luigi receives some junk mail (yes, they sure had it back then) promoting a hospital plan for just two cents a day Luigi just can't say no. He visits the offices and signs up straight away, which is a stroke of luck as he is so busy reading about his new plan that he has a bit of a mishap within minutes of handing in his form.
