Lieutenant Walt Levinson who was a personal friend of Richard Diamond’s has been kidnapped. Richard Diamond suspects that it is to do with Bert Fisher as Levinson sent Bert’s brother Art Fisher to the electric chair and Bert swore he’d get Walt for it. Fisher is due to be executed tonight.
