Our story begins in the luxurious apartment of Jeremiah Thaddeus Bixby, a tall, impeccably dressed, distinguished looking young man. A large pile of canned goods, ham, smoked turkey, caviar, and other choice vendibles are stacked on an ornate library table. Mr Bixby is consulting a price list he holds in his well manicured hand. The goods being left for him, are samples from the best suppliers around, all for the new restaurant he has told them he is opening. What they don't know is, Mr Bixby is a con-man...
