Steve is being sent on an assignment in Arabia. One hundred thousand barrels of oil are missing. Three days ago the Sheik's inspector found a discrepancy in the figures of one of the oil companies, the five star. Unless the matter is cleared up to the Sheik's satisfaction the entire concession may be lost.
