Johnny Dollar has to solve a case, which happened almost 6 years ago, before the 1st March to save the insurance company $300,000. Bernard Margot the chief hoodlum who died when he jumped off a bridge in New York. The whole thing was a phoney so that Big Mike Killian could collect Barney’s $300,000 insurance but Barney had disappeared. Now there was a lead on him and Johnny Dollar was called in to follow it.
