It was only last Tuesday night when Mr. and Mrs. Bunting were reading about the latest murder in their local newspaper - the fifth murder by “the avenger” who seemed to go for pretty blond girls just like their own Daisy who was now living in London. It was the same night that the new lodger arrived at their house.
