The young Gideon offers the small amount of food he has to the Master though he knows it is far from enough to feed the people. From five little barley loaves and two little fishes the Lord Master creates a feast to feed all hungry crowd. And when they have had sufficient still he instructs his disciples to gather up the fragments. Young Gideon learns a lesson of kindness, faith and that one should not waste, even amid plenty.
