Daddy has an appointment with a buyer who is going to buy some dyes from his firm. The confusion begins when Daddy tries to explain to Snooks that the buyer makes a living by dyeing!

At the end of this episode Hanley Stafford receives a telegram from Eddie Cantor on behalf of the National Fathers Day Committee, which is organized to better the relations between father and child in the home, and recognizes that he was the father of the nations number one problem child, Baby Snooks. Consequently they bestow upon him the most patient longsuffering father in America for the past year!
