The year is 1890 and the place - well it isn't there any more. Like so many of the small countries in central Europe, it has been blown away by the winds of change, the winds of upheaval, revolution and chaos. One hundred years ago there was a town named Caltov, and it was the provincial capital. It was a sleepy little city, and each afternoon it would wake up to witness the event of the day, the dress parade of her majesty's grenadier infantry.
