Its the last day for the lift "Nellie" and the 70 year old operator Charlie who has run the lift for 40 years as he is being replaced by buttons. When the lift company come a day early to disconnect the lift Charlie is all sentimental about his lift and stops it between floors to stop them disconnecting the lift as this last day means a lot to him.
