Cedric's ill fated wedding came to a rather abrupt and mysterious conclusion. Before Justice of the Peace, Lum Edwards, was able to complete the marriage ceremony, the lights in the church went out and when they came on again, Cedric was gone! In his place was a note from a lady known only as "W". As we look in on the little community today, we find Lum at the store and library, Abner is just entering.
