The Great Gildersleeve is going on a water commissioners meeting in Omaha. He’s taking the train and he doesn’t want Leroy to know about it as he knows that Leroy will pester him to go along. However Leroy is pretty sharp and he finds out that his uncle is going on the trip from his own mouth while Gildy is sleeping and sure enough he pesters him to take him along.
