Leroy has been campaigning for a new wristwatch and just to prove that there’s nothing wrong with his old watch the great Gildesaleeve is wearing it for a day. Of course it’s a day of heavy engagements for the water commissioner and he can’t afford to be late for his appointment with the mayor.
