Dr Daniel Danfield student of crime psychology has many times provided the police to a solution to a baffling case. Today we find the doctor and his secretary Rusty Fairfax at a winter resort called Bald Eagle Lodge. The place is owned and operated by Chuck Connor and Red Martin two ex-skiing champions. Both Dan and Rusty are interested in the great legend of the Windigo, the half human, half animal like beast that roams the nearby forest frightening natives with its moaning shriek.
