The kid grew up in the street literally. By the time he was12 he knew every crack in the sagging sidewalks he dramatic and protective darkness in every alley in his neighbourhood. The kid was slum born, slum raised. By the time he was 16 the kid had become Kid Shiv with a wicked spring knife which was always on his person. He had a pal Spike Russell.
