Mayor Grimshaw presents the keys to the city to Roscoe Marberry the explorer and lecturer followed by a lecture from Roscoe. His first lecture was fascinating and lasted from 2.00 to 4.00pm. At 3.00 there was an explosion at the city library and some valuable first edition books were stolen.
