When a young cowboy Jim Bride was riding on his way to Dodge City Ira Skirrock and his two sons Dale and Harde stopped him for riding on the Lords day. They held a trial and sentenced him to a whipping. Ira Skirrock was a crazy man who took it as his business to punish all sinners.
